When renting one of our conference rooms, our services include:Room set-up specific to your requests including: Marker boards, markers and erasers, large floor pillows, chairs, tables, body work tables / face cradles, and cassette / CD player.
For these Additional Optional Services, additional fees apply:DVD/VHS Playback, DLP Projector, Overhead Projector, Slide Projector, Sound System, Microphone, 10ft Screen - stationary in large conf. room, Portable 4 ft. Screen, Photocopies, Fax, High Speed Internet Access (wired only).
PRIVATE ROOM RENTALS:We are proud to offer private, serene, elegant, clean, comfortable carpeted offices for one-on-one consultations or healing work. Available and included are massage tables with cradles, cd player, large pillows, beautiful views, plants, darkening shades, air conditioning, couches, chairs, tables, desks, and dimmed lighting. Each room has a slightly different decor.
Private Room Rentals
$18. per hour. (2 hour minimum).
Monday Through Friday: 10:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday/Sunday Hours: 10:00am – 7pm
Special 1 Hour Rate: $25.
Full 8 Hour Day Special: $126. (instead of $144.)
Weekend Evening Hours: By special arrangement only.
Extra Fees apply for optional services: Paper Disposable Sheets for treatment tables ($1 per sheet), Photocopies ($0.25), Fax ($1.00/page), High Speed Internet Access - wired only. ($10/rental)
SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR ONGOING COMMITMENT: If you’d like to commit to a yearly arrangement of at least 50 days or more (which is 400 hrs. or more per year), pre-booked, with a contract only, we can offer our consultation rooms at a discounted rate for $12.50/hr. This offer will require a 1 month security deposit in the amount of an estimated monthly fee. A limited amount of display space for literature is also included with this special arrangement.
Note:
META Center NY is a Sacred Spiritual Environment. In order to maintain the integrity of the space our housekeeping department cleans daily, and we additionally cleanse the space energetically on a consistent basis as well.
We have a no shoe, no food policy in the conference and consultation rooms which keeps everything as pristine as possible.
Shoes & food are allowed in our lobby/reception area only.
